App Store/Genius: You do not currently have any recommendations in the category

When I click the Genius button in the App Store I consistently get a window that says 'You do not currently have any recommedations in this category'.

I get the same thing in Apps and Upgrades.

I went to iTunes on my PC. Clicked on the Store menu. Turned Genius Off. Then turned it back On.

Still no Genius recommendations.

 

Is there something else I need to configure to get Genius recommendations from the iPad App Store?
