Unfortunately, I don't have any good news.
I had to do 4 clean installs.
Everytime, I Install less and less softwares.
This time, I installed nothing.
And I'm waiting.. I have a feeling that I'll see the panic attacks soon.
Anyways, I am really frustrated.
I guess that I don't have any choice but to take it to a technician,
My guess that there is something that causes issues over the graphics..
That's where I am right now.. If there will be any changes, I'll update.

We are into the same situation once KP a day.
For sure the panic is related to Graphic switch/drivers things.
I sent to applestore for HW check and they gave me back unchanged: is not HW problem.
Today I'm trying to work without wify (but is just a silly attempt).
Tomorrow I'll call Apple support for sw issue.

Starting in Safe Mode should also prevent unnecessary third party apps from starting. But if you're still having problems, I would suggest making tests on the hard disk, by starting from the Recovery disk and running Disk Utility from there. You can run Repair Disk and Repair Permissions.
Also to repair the User Level Permissions (ACL's) is a slightly different process. It may be worth a try.
There are some other things you can do, such as changing partition sizes and then putting them back to where they were, which I understand makes the disk GPT refresh itself.
This may wipe the disk, so be sure you have backup on an external first.

Thanks putnik but I started (2 weeks ago) from scratch, I formatted the HD and erased any part of it.
I also re-created the unique user of my MBP, now the status is better but not acceptable.
I tend to check the disk and permission quite often using Onyx or disk utility.
This case is related to some strange interaction on the drivers and extensions, only these component can have impact on the kernel.

I'm just brain storming here You've obviously tried most everything. That's why I was looking at the disk itself, indexing etc, hence the re-partitioning idea. Then there is the possiblity of hardware problems. Maybe to run some standard hardware tests from these instructions:

AI beg your pardon for my rude answer... I'm a little bit frustrated.
I sent MBP to apple for hw test and they tested for a week without success.
I changed the RAM, but the problem did not disappeared.
I'm thinking on your assertion regarding disk, I replaced it a year ago but does not seems related to the issue.
I have done some diskcheck (in the middle of 2 KP) and fixed some issues also booting from an external USb disk. But the problems are still there.
I'll follow your suggestions regarding Safe mode and HW tests and I'll let you know and if I'm not able to solve them I'll try a new HD

Just a quick update on my status.
Had a few days without any crashes, but then again, I didn't install any applications. ( almost )
I started installing just a few, one by one, and then waited to see what happens.
Today I installed chrome, which was one of the applications that I suspected that causes crashes.
Indeed, just now I had my first crash since the last installation.
I will stop using chrome and see if I have the crashes again.

There are no crashes now.
If I start use softwares such as chrome, it will start crash again, What am I to do next?
Does it mean that it's a software issue? hardware issue? Does someone know?

Chrome has it's own version of Flash built in and may be out of date. It is now 11.4.402.265 for Safari. I would stop using Chrome and make sure you have the latest Flash installed.

I was talking more generally.
I stopped using chrome, and since there are no crashes. but.. what am i supposed to do from now on? to stop using all those applications? until when? forever? have you ever had such an experience?
I have a macbook pro but since i cannot install anything on it, it's like having a laptop from the 80's.

Are you saying that you've installed other applications without Chrome installed and they crash also?
If so, I would say it is either RAM or Graphics Card.
