    Has anyone solved this issue?

I have a POP account on my macbook and IMAP access on my Ipad. When I send emails from the Ipad I caanot see them in my POP account as sent.

How can I sync the macbook and Ipad so I can track my sent emails?

There is no issue because that's not how POP works.  Setup the Macbook account as IMAP and all is well.
