Are you saying that you're not able to log in using your Apple ID and password (link attached) to begin configuring your site?

We show your site as activated and the login URL above should work (legacy url) or you can use http://sitemanager.itunes.apple.com/

Could you possibly tell me how to submit a collection to the iTunes U editors to show in the "Staff Favorites" or "What's Hot" section?
It's a free, excellent collection of biology videos by top-notch scientists (including a number of Nobel winners) called "iBioSeminars."
I am asking this way because I have never successfully received feedback by asking a question through the Apple support form.

Same Problem with me... My Apple-ID is working for the course-Manager but not for site-Manager. The ID is email@example.com (changed from turkawka.g).
Any hints? Thank you for the support.

Same here. Anyone ever get this figured out? What a ridiculour process trying to get iTunes U registered/approved, and now i still can't login.

I've had a site for years, and now can't login to site manager or course manager for my institution. What's the deal?
