Aug 27, 2012 7:08 AM in response to sungwookby Bob Timmons,The only way around this is to physically open up the Time Capsule case, remove the hard drive, place it in a separate enclosure and connect it to your Mac. Then, reinstall the drive back in the Time Capsule.
Unfortunately, there is no guarantee that this will help....and it will void the warranty on the Time Capsule.
Realistically, your best bet is to completely reformat the drive by erasing it using AirPort Utility.
