Looks like you created the partition before your started BootCamp. Partitioning for Windows is done by BootCamp, not Disk Utility. Restore back to one parttion, launch BootCamp, and follow its instructions to create the Win partition from withing BootCamp.
You don't need to buy anything but you should have backups.
