TS3972 Problems to login Netflix

I'm located in Mexico.

I used to log into US Netflix by changing the DNS in my apple TV.  And restarting the device again.

 

Lately I have not been able to do that anymore.

I already tried all the standard procedure such as re start, reset, and unplug all devices including my router and loging of the Netflix in all of my devices.

All I'm able to access is Mexico Netflix, but I want to be able to stream the content of US Netflix again

    It's the DNS that's causing the issue. You will need to contact their support.

    Try changing back to your ISPs DNS if you want to truly rule out a DNS issue. However, I have come across situations like this before and it usually is the cause, which means you would need to contact them
