Q: I keep getting error 100 when I am trying to download Logic app, and then it says my ID has been disabled

Does anyone know why I keep getting an 'error 100' when I try to download Logic 9 from the apps store?  After this message it then tells me that my Apple ID has been disabled.  But, I have just set up this page using my apple ID and it worked perfectly well.  Confused and very frustrated.

MacBook Pro, Mac OS X (10.7.4)

I solved same problem after seeing somebody say it worked to change their credit card setup in apple ID.   I changed payment method in apple store and then I could download logic!

Other attempts people suggest failed for me.  The following are suggested, but did not help:

    > sign-out, close app store, reenter, sign-in

    > reboot iMac

    > download any app in iTunes to invoke terms and conditions

    > clear various cache directories

    > wait

    My conditions:

    > iMac mid2011

    > Mac OS X Lion 10.7.4 (11E53)

    > iTunes version 10.6.3 (up to date)

    > App store Version 1.1.2 (92.8)

I'm glad this worked and I hope it helps others.  But I'm appalled Apple can't figure out how to let me give them $199.  Phone and online support failed here.  Online community eventually helped.
