Afer upgrading my imac to OS X  version 10.7.4 It takes a very time to start. It that normal?  Processeor 2.5 GHz Inter Core i5, Memory 4GB 1333 MHz DDR3

Yes. It's the so-called new resume feature. if you want to speed up boot times, totally disable it.
