Close All Open Apps... Perform a Reset... Try again...

Press and hold the Sleep/Wake button and the Home button at the same time for at least ten seconds, until the Apple logo appears. Release the Buttons.
If no joy... Contact iTunes Customer Service

Hey thanakrit30. If you are still having this issue, I would suggest contacting 1-800-APL-CARE and get them to transfer to the new Account Security department. They have the ability to look into your account and reset that. but just so you know, with so many of these issues out there, hold time is a bit long. But that's how I got mine fixed!
