Sep 3, 2012 9:01 PM in response to Frank Caggianoby bpete22,I purchased Aperture 3 upgrade (Boxed Set) from the App Store. I am not sure of your meaning for "old store" but the box date is 102109.

Sep 4, 2012 9:27 AM in response to bpete22by Frank Caggiano,I'm confused. If you bought Aperture in a boxed set then you should have the serial number that came with the box. Or are you saying that you lost the serial numbers that you originally had?
If that last part is the case then look at Pro Application Replacement Serial Numbers
If that isn;t the case post back and try to describe your situation again.
good luck

Sep 5, 2012 9:39 AM in response to Frank Caggianoby bpete22,Sorry for the long response to your last comment. I have been out of town. The serial number on the box doesn't get accepted when I put it in. Also, I can't find my old Apple sales receipt for the purchase. I am going to try your suggestion and look at the Pro Application Replacement Serial Numbers.

If you purchased an upgrade to Aperture 2 you will have to enter the Aperture 2 serial number as well. Do you still have it?
