Q: I have a sad face and it says go to apple.com/support/iPod.

I have a sad face on my iPod. It posted to go to apple.com/support/iPod. Nothing happened.

Note that it's often a good sign of a hardware issue with the iPod's hard drive meaning the iPod will need to be serviced or replaced.
