I have a fairly new ipod classic 160GB and my laptop is operating on Windows 7, I have never had a problem syncing my music but all of a sudden I am getting error -69 and error -50 messages for tracks which have been fine before, then a message saying that the ipod cannot be synced, unknown error 13010. The syncing process before it crashes is also painfully slow. I'm also getting a windows message asking if I want to scan and fix the ipod (E:) as there might be a problem with some of the files. I have checked that I have the most up to date version of itunes and I have reset and restored my ipod - don't know what else to do, please help if you can!!
