Q: Issue with video when submitting to via iTunes Producer

Everytime I use iTunes Producer to submit my book it says my videos are not supported, but they are in .m4v format as the specs say. Has anyone had this issue. Please see attached image.

MacBook Pro (17-inch Mid 2010), Mac OS X (10.7.2)

I did this again, as those steps suggest, but same error. But that link says the audio m4a must be in a widget. Is that the same for .m4v? Isnt the "intro media" in the temeplate a built in widget? Everything in the activity log looks good until it gets to that video. This is very frustrating. I really want this book in the store. As its the only one of it's kind currently.
