Not sure what you mean by Gone... as it is Not Possible to Delete any pre-installed iOS App...

Try this...

Close All Open Apps... Perform a Reset... Try again...

Reset ( No Data will be Lost )

Press and hold the Sleep/Wake button and the Home button at the same time for at least ten seconds, until the Apple logo appears. Release the Buttons.

Hi! I mean, the music and movie options in iTunes were gone, all that was left were these as choices:podcasts, iTunes u, search, downloads. Every time I open iTunes, it will give me this message: cannot connect to iTunes store
