Did you already check time zones on the devices and regional settings of user's accounts?
Please check on the iphone, if there's the correct time zone when the appointment pops up on the device.

Sorry for the late response... Yes the timezone is correct. I have phones in 3 differents timezones and they are all doing the samething. Please not that android phone are working fine within the same exchange envirement.
I also try to update are phones to iOS 6 but same results.
Am I the only one having this issue?

sorry, been off for a while .... you are not alone, my wife has the same problem when sending an appointment from her business account. She's got 2 Exchange syncs on her phone (business and private).
The problem appears when she creates an appointment on her business account using outlook. I could not check exactly for she's on the road this week, but it seems that in her case, the timezone on her business account is wrong, which depends on her settings in the windows environment of her company (remember, it only appears when she creates the appointment using outlook).
I will check her settings when she's back and tell you if there's a solution.

So far, it seems online my of us is having the same issue with Exchange 2010. No solution yet.
Apple just release iOS 6.0.1 that include this : -Fixes a bug affecting Exchange meetings
I'm currently updating my iPhone and will do some test today.
