Oct 12, 2012 5:14 PM in response to LSullyRby shrimo,I have found iTunes does not like syncing my photos from a network share. Trying to syncing photos from a shared location caused this error on my iPad (gen 3). Move photos to local PC and try syncing.
I tried all the other suggestions but continually had the error when including photos in the sync. Once I moved the photos that I wanted to sync to the local PC sync worked again. I dont know why iTunes wont work with network shares (really should be no different). This has only started to happen since 10.7.0.21 was installed. The shared location is a NetGear NAS on a Gbit LAN.

Oct 12, 2012 9:27 PM in response to LSullyRby Canuck81,I ran into the same problem today. It's odd how it just randomly appears.
I deleted the iPhone backup in iTunes, but it didn't sync again until I closed iTunes and plugged the iPhone into the dock so that iTunes started up again. Seemed to work!

Nov 6, 2012 12:09 PM in response to LSullyRby Audiophilia,I'm sick to death of this.
I constantly have problems syncing since iOS 6.0 and iTunes 10.7 rolled out.
I don't know which one is to blame, but I have constant issues. I have to restart iTunes all the time, or stop/start the Apple Mobile Device service, or even reboot my computer and phone.
Last week I switched to a new computer and started out with a 100% clean install of Win7 x64 and brand new iTunes install and the problems are still present like they were on my old computer.
This is clearly a problem since iOS 6.0 and iTunes 10.7 and it is really making me angry because synching is such a hassle now.
Apple needs to fix this crap now!
