I am going to be getting an iMac in the coming months.

Presently I have a Windows PC and I use Office Outlook 2010. I think I have managed to transfer all my individual contacts that I had stored in the address book in Office Outlook 2010 into seperate vcf files. I assume that Mail on Mac can then read and add them to its address book, is this correct?

Second problem is.

How do I export all of my email accounts from Office Outlook 2010 into a format that I can then import into Mail on the Mac.

I've had a Google, but I couldnt find anything that tells me how and if its possible.

Thanks in advance

Hi, I think you want to import them into Address Book on the Mac, not Mail.

Use Migration assistant on 1st boot & likely everything will be taken care of though.

I'm basically wanting to have all my contacts that I have saved in Office Outlook 2010, and be able to access them from Mail on the Mac.

Mail & Address Book, though separate Apps, work in Unison in OSX.

If you can transfer that .vcf file to the Mac, Address Book can Import it.
