Q: Voice Over !!

I have just purchased a new Apple Shuffle. Voice Over does not work. Have done Restore and tried again - no luck

It gives me the title etc of the song playing but will not give me play lists?

    What happens when you pressed and held the VoiceOver button to try and change playlists?

    Hi thanks for responding. A voice says 'All Songs'  nothing else

    Are you sure you have other playlists synced to your Shuffle? You can check via iTunes by plugging the iPod in and selecting the small black triangle next to its name in the left hand pane to reveal a submenu of content. You should see all synced playlists listed here.

     

    If there aren't any, you can configure them to sync to the iPod via the iPod's music configuration tab in iTunes. To access this tab, plug the iPod in and click its name from under Devices in the left hand pane. Over to the right, locate the Music tab along the top and select it.


    Here you can configure how and what music content is synced to your device. If you make any changes to this tab, be sure to hit the Apply button in the lower right hand corner to sync the updates changes to your device.
