My suggestion is that you contact Apple by phone and tell them about your problem. I believe that I have read stories of others who have received help from Apple regarding this same problem. Those of us who have copies of the download may be in copyright violation if we share Apple's software when Apple itself has withdrawn it from their download site.
I wish you well. If you receive a replacement file, take good care of it. If you don't have any luck getting a replacement, at least the Mac App Store installation is very reasonably priced.
