I got the exact same three errors. Clicking on the ? icon causes Help Center to display "The selected topic is currently unavailable."
Looking at the logs, I'm seeing named failing repeatedly with:
10/14/12 11:27:19.759 AM named: /private/etc/named.conf:58: zone '22.214.171.124.in-addr.arpa': already exists previous definition: /private/etc/named.conf:48
10/14/12 11:27:19.759 AM named: /private/etc/named.conf:75: zone 'foo.home': already exists previous definition: /private/etc/named.conf:38
10/14/12 11:27:19.759 AM named: /private/etc/named.conf:102: zone '0.168.192.in-addr.arpa': already exists previous definition: /private/etc/named.conf:92
10/14/12 11:27:19.760 AM named: loading configuration: failure
10/14/12 11:27:19.760 AM named: exiting (due to fatal error)
where foo.home is a custom domain that my server was previously hosting on my home intranet.

Without better knowledge ;-(
Because a clean and correctly operating DNS is a requirement for all directory services (OD, AD, ...) I would recommend to
1) backup all DNS zone data to textfiles
2) stop all services
3) start DNS service (hope you succeed with it) and delete all zones
4) add a new zone containig your OS X server (use the simple view for DNS in server app)
