Sep 23, 2012 4:36 AM in response to arizonadonnby GWPolarity,This is helpful, thanks! But doesn't explain why I get the same erroe message "Cannot Connect To iTunes Store" when I launch App Store. Both seem to work fine, but still get the same error massage as launching Passbook.

Sep 23, 2012 8:13 AM in response to arizonadonnby mlmlmn,Believe it or not Walgreen loyalty card worked. Get app, sign up for loyalty card, you'll be given an option to put in in passbook.

Sep 23, 2012 8:24 AM in response to susanfromsouth harrowby ixavi,Try the extra step during the changing Date and time, that is log out from your account through Appstore. I explained it in my blog.

Sep 23, 2012 8:33 AM in response to GWPolarityby ixavi,Try logging out your Apple acoount through Appstore and log back in and try the Date and Time trick and please post if it works. It seems to be working for me after two days of searching for a solution. I explained it in my blog which can be found in a previous post.

Sep 23, 2012 8:46 AM in response to ixaviby Suzie118,Thank you SO much, ixavi, that's finally done it! Just to recap, this is what I did:
1. Sign out of Apple account.
2. Close down Passbook app.
3. Change year to 2013.
4. Reopen Passbook, get directed to App Store and sign in again.
5. Stare happily at displayed Passbook apps!
6. Reset date to automatic, and everything still works.
I'm very grateful!

Sep 23, 2012 10:44 AM in response to arizonadonnby mkcmobile,Likewise, thanks! Also thanks Suzie118 for summary recap. I tried a few variants but that's the process that finally worked for my wife's phone. There must be other paths to get it to work because I managed somehow on my phone before ever hearing of the date modifications - just couldn't replicate it on her phone until now.
Thanks all.

Sep 23, 2012 11:39 AM in response to arizonadonnby Teekitty,Now that I apparently have the passbook app, how do put things in it? I have Sephora and Walgreens installed and they just show up as apps on my screen. Am I missing something??

Sep 23, 2012 11:44 AM in response to Teekittyby lfdorries,Login to Walgreens.
On the bottom right you will see a Rewards icon.
Touch it and it will ask if you want to add it to your Passbook account.
Touch it and it works great for me now !
