I have the same problem since upgrading my 1 month old new iPad on Friday. Work abroad and need iPad to video talk to wife and young kids - am really upset with this - spent a lot of money on the new iPad 64GB with cellular and wifi (cellular is for when I'm in my home country).
If still a problem in 10 days when I get home from my current trip, I'll take the device to Apple, get a refund (device not fit for purpose) and buy the new Samsung Tab.
Apple is fast losing a loyal customer due to no announcements, no estimated fix lead-time, no IOS 5.1.1 to roll-back to - customer service is resembling MS.
