Sep 24, 2012 7:32 PM in response to Orion Wby Brett@Userland,Try Creating a new folder (perhaps on your desktop), moving the files out of trash and into the new folder. Move the folder to trash, then try and empty.

Sep 24, 2012 8:22 PM in response to Brett@Userlandby Orion W,I have rebooted several times with no change. I tried moving them to a folder and deleting the folder, and now I have a folder in my Trash with the items that I couldn't delete that would not delete either.

Ihave tried killing Dropbox and running this command with the same results. I get no error if I try to delete the files from FInder
