Oct 14, 2012 12:53 AM in response to deggieby LennonNZ2,Carrier unlocking the iPhone to use with Straighttalk is not needed. Even if you do unlock the iPhone you still will not be able to edit directly the APN Settings to change them.
Straighttalk SIMs are identified via the iPhone as AT&T Sims (as they are really. Straighttalk is just a virtual operator on top of AT&T's network).
