Q: How can I buy iTunes living in the Bahamas

I live in the Bahamas and was able to buy stuff from iStore using PayPal. Now that I am no longer resident in Dallas, I cannot transfer money to PayPal.

How can I buy apps and music for my iPad and iMac, I have tried approaching it from many directions and nothing. There was an announcement that Bahamians can now shop at the Apple iStore. HOW?

The iTunes Bahamas Store sells apps but, unfortunately, not music.
