Open Audio Midi Setup in Applications>Utilities, see the input & output options & KHz setting there, some things will change it for their own use, then not set it back.

Sep 28, 2012 6:55 PM in response to BDAquaby joyus6,Well, I opened the Audio Midi setup and it read Hz...no K. Everything was listed there...I am not sure what else to look for in that file to help my problem. I am 75, and need more help!! Thx.
