Does the theatre support mobile tickets?

First...make sure your Fandago app is updated. In Fandango sign in to your account..go to purchased..locate tickets...there should be a button on the bottom of the ticket that says add to passbook.

Yes they have, I have loaded passes in Fandango.

Again, go to the App Store and check to see if you have the latest version of Fandango installed on you phone. If you don't.. then you must update Fandango before using PassBook.

Did you set up a Fandango account with a credit card? If it is asking you to bring your credit card to the theatre then you probably have not. You will not get a Pass in Passbook unless you pay for it first using a CC from your account.

Then it could be that your theatre is not equipped to read/scan barcodes from mobile devices, though they might be able to scan barcodes from paper. It looks like it is a Fandango issue or theatre issue. Contact them.

You can only add tickets to passbook from Fandango if that theater accepts mobile tickets. I tried last night and just realized why it didn't work for me either. Just follow the link and you'll see what theaters accept mobile tickets. Hope this helps!
