I've never thought of leaving Apple (iPhone) for another OS/Phone till now. My contract is up and I am deciding between the iPhone 5 and the Samsung Galaxy S3. I've never had to think twice about which phone to get till now which is a sign of unhappy Apple customers.. I was expecting a lot more from the iPhone 5. Don't get me wrong.. Love Apple and their iDevices but I hope to see more from Apple in the future.

iPhone 4, iOS 6

I can't imagine why you posted a message to Apple in a user-to-user forum that Apple doesn't read.

That's nice, it does sound like Samsung could use some new customers.

I can relate to that. But to actually get Apple to read it you are better off at http://www.apple.com/feedback.

In defense of Kasey33...I have the iPhone5 and I am very disappointed.  It feels cheap and you can't find an extra cord or adapter anywhere other than China at this point.  For a complany that prides itself on taking care of their users, this is a major oversight!  No problem with the new port, but they should've gotten their suppliers stocked up PRIOR to dropping the new port on us

I see no need to defend Kasey33... This is NOT the place to vent about your issues...   If you want to go get a GS3, then go do that...  This is for people looking for support, not you crying cause your not happy.  So Please...  Go look for attention somwhere else...  And maybe Samsung will give you that attention...  Considering that the GS3 holds the record for the most issues, returns, and software fails in HISTORY....

And for Brent....  Seriously...  You really think Apple is going to Leak the new plug so that they can stock up on cords....  I mean come on...  If your so disappointed by the availability of the plug then go get a less reliable phone and you can have all the chargers you want....  Not like they wont have cords EVERY WHERE by the end of the month....

I purchased my second Lightning / USB cable from the Apple Store and received it within 2 days of getting my iPhone 5.  I also purchased a second AC plug and it came two days prior to receiving the phone.  My phone was delivered before noon on the first day of availability.  I am curious why Kasey33 posted the comment under so many key words.  Not many posters tend to do that when they have an issue they want to share.  Just gives me reason to wonder about, that's all.

    Kasey33,

    That would be "too" far...

Good luck with your campaign and your replacement phone decision.
