Oct 4, 2012 9:48 AM in response to lilyiannby KiltedTim,You can not set up filters on the phone. You would have to do it in Outlook/Exchange.
Unfortunately, I don't know of any way you could set things up so that items appear in one inbox, but not the other. ActiveSync provides for full sync between the server and ALL clients. If it's in the inbox, it's in the inbox.

Oct 4, 2012 10:13 AM in response to Allan Sampsonby lilyiann,Yes, but I can't seem to find a rule on the Outlook which allows me to specify inboxes based on mobile devices. Is there a custom action that can be written / downloaded?

Oct 4, 2012 10:22 AM in response to lilyiannby KiltedTim,That's because there is none. You can NOT have more than one Inbox in your Exchange account.
I'm trying to tell you that you can NOT do what you want.
At best, you could create a separate folder and set a rule in Outlook to move the messages in question to that folder, but they will NOT appear in your inbox in Outlook after that.
