In Snow Leopard, OS X 110.6, can you load, run, or use the Photosmart Studio that came with the all in one HP Photosmart C 4280 software? Mine just crashes each and every time. And how do you get taccess to all the images it stored? more

Try uninstalling any HP software as following, repair the disk permissions and check if that may help:
- Go to Applications > Hewlett-Packard and launch the HP Uninstaller.
- Follow the steps till you prompted to select the HP software to remove.
- While holding both CTRL + ALT + Command keys, click Uninstall.
- Approve the prompt to remove any installed HP Software
*Be aware that any installed HP software will be removed as part of this proccess. - Once the uninstall completes, click the Go menu, go to Utilities and launch the Disk Utility.
- select the active volume of your OS and then click Repair Disk Permissions, the log will indicate once the proccess completes.
- install the latest software for your printer from the link below:

http://h10025.www1.hp.com/ewfrf/wc/softwareDownloadIndex?softwareitem=mp-82172-1 &cc=us&dlc=en&lc=en&os=219&product=3737195&sw_lang= - Check for any difference first, then install the latest HP Software Update by clicking the Apple icon and then Software Update and check for any change.
