Q: Every time I go to play a video on itunes, the itunes site shuts down. I can play music all day, but it will not play a video anymore. This has happened in the last two weeks.

Can anyone help me with this problem. Every time I click a video to play it itunes tells me it is shutting down. I bought a new monitor last week and thought it might be a resolution problem so I hooked up the old monitor and it still told me the same thing. Not sure what the problem is, can anyone help me PLEASE.
