Exact same problem. Just spent over an hour with Verizon, then Apple, then Verizon. NO help. Was told to send in the phone for review! This is not at all what I expect from Apple. They wouldn't even send me a new cord!! I am so frustrated. Have already ordered a used 4s as backup till I can decide whether to keep this turd or sell it. UNBELIEVABLE!

i have iphone 5 and i ran out of charge so i plugged my charger in and it would charge for 5 seconds then stop charging so i have to keep moving the charger around so it would charge so stupid, as soon as i get IOS7
