Hi,

I have a red circle on my phone icon. When clicking on the phone icon it shows on the Voicemail icon. When calling Voicemail it advises me that i have no messages.

Any ideas on how to remove the red circle?

My OS is showing on ITUNES as iOS 4.3.3

Maybe it's a missed call and they didn't leave a message...

When you go into 'Phone', which icon at the bottom has an indicator.  Probably recents.

Try CALLING your voicemail (hold the "1" button on the phone keypad). There is probably a message that was not transferred to the phone.

Hello, I had this problem too and resolved it by turning on cellular data then going to my visual voicemail. When I did, a new voicemail showed up with he red 'unopened' dot next to it. I had tried calling my voicemail before (when my data was off) but it didn't show. So what I'm guessing was that there was a voicemail stuck somewhere that couldn't get to my phone.

Visual Voicemail uses cellular data to send the message to the phone.
