Sort of the same problem here, mine is different in the fact that the dates from FB show up in my Cal. on my iPhone (iOS6) but not on my calendar on my Mac or in the cloud.  Any ideas would be greatly appreciated.

Hello, I have had the same issue, the Facebook intergration with ioOS displays all the facebook events in the calendar - which can be a real pain if you have lots of events.

I have not found any option in iOS6 to filter by accepted events or to hide declined events. This is something Apple should really work on - sounds to me like they just bundled this into iOS6 without consideration for accepted or declined events.

So the workaround which I have found is to stop the facebook calendar in iOS6 (Settings/Facebook) and instead to subscribe to Facebook events and/or birthdays via the site straight into iCal. What is in your iCal will appear on all your devices so there you go. Make sure in FB to state that you don't want al events to be displayed. Then you'll be fine.

Use this link if you want http://www.wikihow.com/Sync-Facebook-Events-to-iCal

Make sure to go to the settings option on FB page to select which events you want displayed.

It lacks the neat little FB icon that would appear via the iOS intergration but lets hope Apple sorts this out quickly and that we'll be able to chose which events to display, accepted or rejected etc....

    Hope this helps,

I also have the same problem , no facebook events are showing in the calendar.

Everything is checked and turned on.

At first all was fine but after turning the calendar off and on in the facebook settings the events won't show again

A bug maybe or i missing something important here

I just left a note on one of the other threads talking about this. https://discussions.apple.com/thread/4320423 No solution but perhaps it rings a bell with someone.

Facebook events just started working again on my calendar a few days ago. Can't say exactly when but I certainly didn't do anything to make them pop-up. Just noticed they were there all of a sudden.

    Go figure......

Ok.. not sure why this worked to fix mine (it was so frustrating figuring it out) but go to "Settings", "Mail,Contacts,Calendars", down to Calendar settings and change the Sync "Events # Months Back" to another settings.  It cleared something out and the events appeared again.  Changing it back to the original setting still kept the events on the calendar.  Bug? Caching issue?  Don't know...

nciraulo's solution worked for me too - iOS 8.1.1

i had it set to 6 months then changed it to 2 weeks  You have to wait a few minutes while for calendar to update.

This is what solved my problem for desktop iCal when all the above did not.

Open iCal > select CALENDAR on the menu bar > select PREFRENCES > Select ACCOUNTS > Bottom left of window select the plus + sign > select FACEBOOK > enter LOGIN info > iCal should now be updated from there on forward. I am still trying to solve the iPhone issue, so I will update this when I do.

Hope this helps anyone having the same issue.
