Oct 10, 2012 7:24 AM in response to Codstamby Oh-oh,Also 3. Also the same problem. I had them give me a new sim but it didn't solve anything. It feels like I lose coverage and that the iPhone stops trying to reconnect. How is the coverage when you guys get no service? I'm asking because many times when I find my iPhone with no service after god knows how long I turn flight mode on and off then the coverage can actually be really good.
I don't know, it's just frustrating. I don't know if I should be angry at three or apple or both. All I know is that I'm paying big money for this and it has been going on since day one.

Oct 10, 2012 7:40 AM in response to Oh-ohby 2Sweden,The coverage is 5 out of 5 on my iPhone.
I was checked my mail today and clicked on a link inside the e-mail.
My network dissapeared directly and for about 30 seconds it got " no services". The phone found the network within those 30 second. I'v run a "speed test" and it was really good.. - 16mb/sec

Oct 10, 2012 7:52 AM in response to 2Swedenby Oh-oh,I just spoke to three's customer service. They know about it and they have actually sent phones back already to see if apple can find anything wrong with them. So they don't know just yet but I would think they will be able to say if they need to be repaired or not.
Has anyone had the same problem with other carriers? Also, what Swedish forums have discussed this particular issue?

Oct 10, 2012 11:48 AM in response to Oh-ohby Codstam,Thats exactly my issue aswell. And I also uses flightmode to reconnect, and when I do that the coverage could be like five bars...
What did 3 say? That it's a software issue?

Oct 10, 2012 12:12 PM in response to Codstamby Oh-oh,They don't know quite yet. They are waiting to see what apple says since they have already sent a couple of units back for repairs. I asked them if three's network could be too weak but they didn't think so. They said it could be a problem from production.
Although they agreed that it shouldn't have to be this way, we shouldn't have to go into flight mode and back to have our phones working. But they recommended me to see how it works out with the ones already at apple and I agree. It could be that three have bad SIM cards so I don't want to have to send my phone away in vain.

Oct 11, 2012 1:23 AM in response to Codstamby Oh-oh,Fantastic.
Now it even happened while I was asleep. So it cannot be a mechanical problem with the SIM or anything because I haven't moved the iphone a milimetre all night.
I'm doing a factory reset from iTunes now and if it doesn't solve it I'm going back to Three. I simply cannot be unreachable because of this. So unpredictable.

Oct 11, 2012 1:47 AM in response to 2Swedenby Oh-oh,I don't know, how could it be Three's fault if it turns out that there is almost full covarage once I switch flight mode on and off.
Furthermore, if it really is Three's fault I have no problem witch switching carrier.

I took a trip by train. On one moment I got the " no service" alarm and the phone didn' tried to search further for the network.
