Hi,

I am using Mountain Lion on my iMac, and my Safari won't come up! Firefox works though. Has anyone encountered this issue?

Thanks,

Do you mean Safari won't launch or load web pages?

    Hi Carolyn,

The problem was: Safari wouldn't launch. I could see Safari in the Dock, but nothing would happen when I clicked on it. The problem went away by itself, i.e. Safari launched after a long time. Not sure what casued it though.

    Thanks,

    Kuntal

I am also having Safari issues in Lion (waiting for my Mountain Lion upgrade). A few months ago Safari went crazy with huge fonts all over the screen. Can't uninstall it as it is "required by Mac OS X". Now I can't open it at all, it crashes before I can even launch. Keep sending the reports to Apple? All my upgrades have been virtual.
