Oct 9, 2012 7:37 AM in response to geoff.lockeby Amya1982,Started doing it again after a day and when checking dns settings it has reverted back so had to retype the 8.8.8.8. And is working again. Spoke to I tunes and they tried to blame the problems on the server. Everything works fine on my mums I pad 2. I tunes just said to log out and back in and that worked at the time. An annoying issue.

Oct 9, 2012 11:45 AM in response to Amya1982by frumpypigskin,Yes, mine started doing it again as well .
I'm wondering if it has something to do with MTU settings? I had similar issues with Mountain Lion connecting to Apple sites and had to lower my MTU settings and all worked fine afterwards... just wondering if they made a similar change to iOS6? Can't change the settings on the iDevices though so can't test it.

Oct 11, 2012 2:38 PM in response to Amya1982by Fabrix,Great! Now under Wi-Fi it works!
But I've the same problem under the Cellular Networks, too. When I connect via 3G the error 'Cannot Connect to iTunes Store' is still on.
Any suggestion?

Nov 22, 2012 9:44 AM in response to geoff.lockeby Smoothping,Two things to try. Please reply with what works.
1: Turn on Airplane mode, then turn it off again. This resets internet related settings.
Does it work?
2: Changing the DNS in Setting, Wi-Fi, DHCP tab, DNS , replace with 8.8.8.8 (Google) or 8.8.4.4 (Google)
Does it work?

Jan 2, 2013 8:10 PM in response to geoff.lockeby Mortybob,This worked for me:
- Go to Home Page
- Tap "Settings"
- Tap "General"
- Scroll down and tap "Reset"
- Tap "Reset network settings"
- Your iPhone should then restart, and you should be able to access the App Store and iTunes.
