I am trying to upgrade my mid 2009 13" macbook pro from 2GB to 8GB of RAM.  The bottom slot will not accept the 4GB Ram card I purchased from Crucial.  Any recommendations on a fix?  Not sure what else to try as I am certain that the RAM is in correctly.  I have confirmed through the top slot that both RAM chips are good.  I am at the point where I am thinking it is the logic board or something other than the RAM or the slot.
