Follow the instructions for turning off notifications,
I know you tried, but you did not do everything to turn notifications off . . .
For the post or forum you are receiving notifications for --
go back there and look to the right under "actions."

I checked your profile and you have notifications turned off.
Recheck the source of your emails, they shouldn't be coming from Apple Support Communities. They may be coming from a different Apple group, over which we at ASC have no control.

One additional thought, is this the only Apple Support Communities account that you have? If they are from ASC, they may be coming through a different account/email than the one associated with your username "Chris Khauz". If you have another account, I can check that one for you or you can check using the steps in this document: discussions.apple.com/docs/DOC-3661

I have the same problem. I've turned off everything and the keep coming. How can I kill the account??????

alohabear, you are only subscribed to one thread with this username. Follow the document noted above to remove that subscribtion.
Also check that the emails are not coming to another username, check the "To" address, it will be addressed to the subscribed username. If it is something besides "alohabear", then you have another username and you will need to follow the steps in DOC-3661 for that username also.
