So...

My Ipod screen broke,

Got it repaired,

Turns out after it got repaired, the screen mucked up, sensed movement i wasn't doing,(stuff like that)

So I before I got it sent back off to apple,

I backed up,

Then I got it back, completely reset...ish (restored but then I don't have to do the set up thing),

So now...

I downloaded a couple of the apps,

Then synced it and... during the sync it backed up as well,

Replacing the previous back up. -.-

So now I have lost the back up before the latest one.

Can anyone PLEASE PLEASE PLEEAASSEE help as I am really annoyed right now.

Excuse the fact that the grammar isn't brilliant, the steps and things that happened confused me too. :S

If you go to iTunes>Preferences>Devices how many backups do you see? If only the recent one you are out of luck.  When you synce/backup to iTunes, iTunes just updates the last backup with the changes thus overwriting the previous backup.

If yo have a previous backup ina coputer file backup yu can restore theat backup and restore the iPod from that backup.

iTunes places the backup files in the following places:

    • Mac: ~/Library/Application Support/MobileSync/Backup/
