I recently got the new iPod touch (5th generation) and I've encountered a wi-fi problem that involves me having to re-enter my password after leaving the house. When I come home, it doesn't automatically remember the network I have at home. My sister and my mum have iPhones but theirs easily recognises the WiFi network without having to re-enter the WiFi password when they want to use it.

Only my dad knows the password and he gets quite annoyed because I have to keep asking him to re-enter it and I'm assuming it's a long password and this could get tedious having to repeat this process after coming home from school, shops, etc.

Is there some sort of setting I should have on the networks? I would love to resolve this issue as soon as possible. Thanks.

iPod touch, iOS 6
