Q: Why is that i do not have music Option in iTunes?

When I'm in iTunes , I do not have the music option. Is this because of my country, which is Zimbabwe

Yes, music is not currently available in Zimbabwe, only apps, podcasts, iTunes U and free ibooks. Do you have access to other music purchase download sites ?
