Apple was totally not ready for this. I guess understandable as it usually works.
Apple needs to start communicating better with us if they need our help.
I totally agree that it would be smart if a picture / screen shot could be attached.
I also feel that it would be appreciated, that a user got a automated email/message when the issues has been resolved.
If we as users report a problem, at least what they could do it to give me some sort of information on the progress.
ATT has a app where you can report problems with the network, and they give you info on what is going on in that area. Think Apple should be able to inform us how there progressing

And if your still frustarted, perhaps airing your view on other sites might also make things progress a bit faster.
All the feedback links don't give any response. I would also like to see a problem/solution queuing site. So that we can all see progress. After all, we're all involved in the process so we should be able to monitor progress. Even if it came in the form of one of those progress bars showing the time to completion--> 3years(?)
