Trying to register my new ipad and the Applecare support plan on line- after checking the numbers twice with a magnifying glass as the numbers are so small and badly printed. It took several refusals to recognise the numbers I typed in and it advised to telephone Apple UK as they were not recognised.
After a wait of 3mins to talk to somebody and a further 30 minutes the phone talking to their representative it was finally verified and acknowledged both numbers were correct.
Apparently he had to contact someone in 'management' to register the CORRECT numbers I submitted the old fasioned way- by hand.
I hope my ipad doesn't break down over the next few years....
