Q: Unknown IPOD Touch 4G Problem

I Have Recently Jail Breaked My IPOD TOUCH 4G using  a jailbreaking software and i wanted to jail break my ipod again to install cydia , so i decided to jail break my ipod using another software and i did , and it went normally as usual , and whe i rebooted the device , non of the pre-installed apps were there , like google maps , settings , video , music , camera .. etc , i tried to restore my ipod by switiching it to restore mode , and i did , but now , it is not going out of restore mode , i can't even restore my device it says "Unknown Error 3419" Please HELP , It has been like this for a year

But Please Sir , I Did Not Know That It Was Against The Apple Rules , I Just Found Out Now , Please Help Me On This Matter , Since I Have Known It Now , I Do Not Know How TO Reverse The Jailbreaking
