Oct 14, 2012 7:24 AM in response to blazesoftball7by Malignance,You will need to create a new Apple ID at https://appleid.apple.com/cgi-bin/WebObjects/MyAppleId.woa/
Then on the iPhone 4 go Settings > iCloud > Account and sign in with the new Apple ID. Everything else will stay the same as far as sharing one iTunes account, this just stops iCloud from merging the two devices text messages as well as other information iCloud handles.
