I have Snow Leopard 10.6.8 since august 2011 when I bought my mac.

One year but Im still very novice with Mac (for exemple I never configurate Time Machine...)

I would like a give to my mac a new start, a new life with Moutain lion.

So I dont want just to upgrade to mountain lion but restart to zero.

Is it possible? Is it easy?

Could you please explain me how to do it.

Thank you very much for your help.

As a novice if I were you I would just purchase Mountain Lion and run the installer. You're going to get in a bit over your head with making a bootable ML installer disk. Realize that you will need to erase your hard drive and without a back up your files are gone.
