May 28, 2012 9:24 AM in response to khanMAby steeleblue,You're worried about an ewallet getting compromised (they have 256-bit encryption) but want a solution via email? Do you not understand that an email solution is the easiest to compromise?
Look, security questions are here to stay until some other more secure procedure comes out. Say something biometric. Security questions aren't new, this procedure has been around for years, especially for any website that utilizes money. Apple requires either a credit card or gift card to be linked to your account. This is your money (I assume) we're talking about. What does your bank do? Mine has several layers, including security questions. Frankly I prefer a system that protects my $$$.
Either make sure you remember your questions and answers or find some solution that works for you. But I highly doubt Apple will back off because some folks can't remember the questions/answers.

May 29, 2012 8:37 PM in response to khanMAby BettCee,Hi khanMA, if I remember correctly, when I got to P/W & Security, I think in the space below the questions I entered new answers & then a 'Save' comes up. Click on that then sign out. I hope this helps, if not email Apple Support, I found them very good. Regards.

May 29, 2012 8:57 PM in response to khanMAby BettCee,Hi khanMA, if I remember correctly, when I got to the P/W and Security page, I think in the space below the questions, I entered new answers & then hopefully a 'SAVE' will appear. Click on that then sign out The questions may be the same as you had before or slightly different. I hope this works for you, if not email Apple Support -- I found them very helpful. Really they change the questions or give you a multiple choice - you just give answers. Good Luck. Regards.

May 30, 2012 9:59 AM in response to Tomcowan66by taniafromal,You may have the answer already but here is what the Apple rep told me to do:
1 Go to www.apple.com/itunes/support
2. Go to "Customer Support"
3. Go to the blue "Express Lane"button
4. Send an email to iTunes about the problem.
Turnaround is supposed to be within 24 hrs. Just tried it today so we will see what they recommend!
