Q: i had changed my sim card and trying to activate my iPhone but can't activate it

i had changed my sim card and trying to activate my iPhone but can't activate it. its giving me error like your iphone could not be activated because the activation server is temporarily unavailble....

iPhone 4S, iOS 5.1.1

temporarily means try later
and
check your Internet connection
get to know if your iPhone has a netlock (no use with another provider) or even a simlock (no use with another SIM)
